Vitamin injections at Pulse Health & Wellness

Methylated B12, biotin, lipo, B complex, NAD+, glutathione and Tri-Immune injections with clear pricing.

Clinical supplies arranged on a light surface in a treatment room at Pulse Health & Wellness

Injections are the least complicated thing we do, and the easiest to oversell. Pulse keeps the menu short and honest: injections that support an existing plan, priced clearly, given by clinical staff.

They are most commonly used alongside the medical weight loss program, where lipotropic and B12 injections are added to a monthly visit. They are not a substitute for a treatment plan, and they are not marketed here as one.

Currently offered

Methylcobalamin B12: $15
Methylcobalamin is the methylated form of vitamin B12. B12 supports normal red blood cell formation, neurological function and energy metabolism.
Biotin: $15
Biotin is a B vitamin involved in normal nutrient metabolism and the maintenance of healthy hair, skin and nails.
Lipotropic (Lipo) injection: $15
A lipotropic blend used as an adjunct within the medical weight loss program. Discuss with your provider whether it fits your plan; it is offered as a support to a supervised program rather than as a stand-alone weight loss treatment.
Vitamin B Complex: $15
Each mL contains Thiamine HCl (B1) 100 mg, Niacinamide (B3) 100 mg, Riboflavin 5-Phosphate (B2) 2 mg, Dexpanthenol (B5) 2 mg and Pyridoxine HCl (B6) 2 mg.
NAD+: $20
NAD+ is available as a clinician-administered injection after review of your health history and goals.
Glutathione: $20
Glutathione is an antioxidant involved in normal cellular protection and is available after clinical review.
Tri-Immune: $20
Tri-Immune combines glutathione, zinc and vitamin C for antioxidant and nutritional support. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure illness.

How pricing works

Methylcobalamin B12, Biotin, Lipo and Vitamin B Complex injections are $15 each. NAD+, Glutathione and Tri-Immune injections are $20 each.

Who should ask first

Injections are simple, but they are still medical. Tell your provider if you are pregnant or nursing, take anticoagulants, have a B12 or folate disorder, or have a known allergy to any component. Your provider will review your history before your first injection.

Where injections fit in a bigger plan

If fatigue is your main complaint, an injection is a reasonable adjunct: but it is not the investigation. Persistent fatigue in men is frequently a testosterone question, and in women it is frequently a thyroid or menopause hormone question. Both are handled here, with blood work first.

Common questions

Can I get an injection without being a weight loss patient?
Call (918) 322-7400 and our team will confirm current availability and pricing for injections outside the program.
How often can I have them?
Frequency is set by your provider based on your history and your plan. Many weight loss patients receive them at their monthly visit.
